As we begin the 2024-2025 school year, we are faced with both challenges and opportunities to strengthen the sense of unity and safety within our educational community. To support you in this important endeavor, FCUSD is pleased to introduce the Unity Toolkit.

This resource has been carefully compiled to help staff navigate the complexities of responding to traumatic and polarizing current events. Recognizing the impact of such incidents on our diverse student and staff population, the toolkit is designed to evolve as needed, providing relevant tools and information to foster a supportive, inclusive, and respectful environment for all.
