Welcome to the FCUSD Support Center in HappyFox!

FCUSD uses HappyFox as its multi-departmental Support Center. 

To access Happyfox and submit a ticket:

  1. Click the Submit a ticket button to the right or browse directly to https://fcusd.happyfox.com
  2. Select the Azure button to sign in if prompted and login with your FCUSD email and password.
  3. Select Submit Ticket at the upper-right corner of the page.
  4. Under Ticket Details, select the Category that applies to the issue you're having based on criteria outlined below. Your selection may prompt secondary questions to ensure the ticket is properly routed to someone who can support you.
    • Communications & Community Engagement to submit a ticket regarding FCUSD's website (www.fcusd.org), mass notifications, logos and branding, district/site social media accounts, marketing materials, and more.
    • ETIS Helpdesk to submit a technology related ticket to the Education Technology & Information Systems department (ETIS). 
      • For urgent assistance, contact ETIS's Help Desk at (916) 294-9005 opt 1 or x103200 from your desk phone.
    • PowerSchool & CALPADS (SIS) to submit a student information system related ticket. 
    • Maintenance Helpdesk to submit a maintenance & operations related ticket, including glass, grounds, HVAC, keys, paint, plumbing, and broken network jack/ports, and all other facility related issues.
    • Security Cameras & Catapult EMS to submit a request to the Safety team/Attendance & Due Process dept regarding Verkada security cameras or the emergency notification system, CatapultEMS.
    • Testing Helpdesk to submit a request to the Testing Department regarding testing materials and support with CAASPP, ELPAC, Illuminate, PFT, and other testing related question.
    • Visitor Check-in (RAPTOR) to submit a request to HR or ETIS regarding your Raptor visitor, volunteer, guest check-in systems.
