Welcome to HappyFox: FCUSD Support Center

FCUSD uses HappyFox as it's multi-departmental Support Center. 

To access Happyfox and submit a ticket:

  1. Click the Submit a ticket button to the right or browse directly to https://fcusd.happyfox.com
  2. Select Sign in with Google or Azure (which will use your email login through Microsoft)
  3. Select Submit Ticket at the upper-right corner of the page.
  4. Under Ticket Details, change the category to:
    • Communications & Community Engagement to submit a ticket regarding FCUSD's website (www.fcusd.org), mass notifications, logos and branding, district/site social media accounts, marketing materials, and more.
    • ETIS Helpdesk to submit a technology related ticket. 
      • For urgent assistance, contact ETIS's Help Desk at (916) 294-9005 opt 1 or x103200 from your desk phone.
    • PowerSchool & CALPADS (SIS) to submit a student information system related ticket. 
    • Maintenance Helpdesk to submit a maintenance & operations related ticket, including glass, grounds, HVAC, keys, pain, plumbing, and broken network jack/port related requests to name a few. (COMING FALL 2024)
    • Security Cameras & Catapult EMS to submit a request with the Safety team within Attendance and Due Process dept. 
    • Testing Helpdesk to submit a request to the Testing Department regarding testing materials and support.
    • Visitor Check-in (RAPTOR) to submit a request to HR or ETIS regarding your Raptor visitor, volunteer, guest check-in systems.
