Attention World Language students! There is free peer tutoring available for French, Spanish and German today and every Monday after school in WL101, in Madame Messer's room! Come for the whole time or just to ask a question. Come and get help from an advanced world language student.

Cheer tryouts are next Tuesday and Thursday, the 28th and the 30th from 4 PM to 8 PM…Tryouts will be in the Multi Purpose room. All information for registration is on our Instagram
PUFFS
Join us this week in the FHS theatre for the last 3 performances of Puffs! If you miss this performance you might finish 4th in the house cup competition! Puffs will run this week on Thursday, Friday & Saturday at 7PM. Tickets are $10 for students and can be purchased online at www.our.show/puffsfhs Put on your robes, bring your wands and join us in the theatre this week!
Hands4Hope
To all Folsom High Students! Come join Hands4Hope - Youth Making a Difference at Panera on March 28th, 2023. Hands4Hope is hosting a fundraiser to raise awareness and support for Guide Dogs for the Blind. Guide Dogs for the Blind is an organization that focuses on training puppies to help support veterans and those with impaired vision. The fundraiser will take place in the Panera at Palladio from 7 AM to 9 PM. Please state that you are there to support Hands4Hope or use the code FUND4U with online orders. Come support Hands4Hope as we “Help the Blind One Paw at a Time”.

Please stay home if exhibiting:
- Fever: 100.4°F or higher without medication
- New onset of cough *
- New onset of runny nose/congestion *
- Yellow or green discharge from eyes, ears, nose or any other part of the body
- isode of vomiting or diarrhea
- Severe sore throat (consult with medical provider if accompanied by a headache, stomachache or rash as it may be strep)
- A rash (rashes that are itchy and scaly should be evaluated by a medical provider before coming to school)
- Pink eye (red, puffy, itchy eyes) - needs to be evaluated by a medical provider before coming to school
- Other symptoms of illness
*Students with documented chronic condition(s) that cause cough, congestion or allergy-like symptoms should submit a medical note for new onset/change of baseline of symptoms stating the student is not contagious.
When can my student return to school?
Sacramento County Public Health advises that students with symptoms of illness should stay home and test for COVID-19 (or receive an alternative diagnosis from their health care provider). Test kits are available upon request from the school site.
Students with a negative COVID-19 test result (or an alternative diagnosis from their health care provider) may return when:
- symptoms have improved significantly
AND
- if applicable,
- fever has been gone for 24 hours without any fever reducing medications
- it has been 24 hours since the last episode of vomiting or diarrhea
- it has been 24 hours since the first dose of antibiotics
- Students with a positive COVID-19 test result should contact the school health office
