Kim Christierson named Principal of White Rock Elementary School
Folsom Cordova is pleased to announce that Kim Christierson will be the Principal of White Rock Elementary School, beginning April 6 of this school year. A familiar face in the District, Ms. Christierson has been the Assistant Principal of White Rock Elementary for the last two years and has over 23 years of experience in education. She began her career in education over 24 years ago, first serving as a teacher in the Rio Linda Union School District and joining Folsom Cordova in 2001.
Ms. Christierson has extensive instructional and leadership roles in many of our schools. She has served as an elementary teacher at Cordova Lane, Folsom Hills, Peter J. Shields, and Williamson Elementary Schools, a Summer School Principal at Folsom Middle School, an Extended School Year Principal at Russell Ranch Elementary, and an Assistant Principal at both Navigator and Cordova Villa Elementary Schools. Her breadth of experience within Folsom Cordova and many years serving Title 1 elementary schools will serve the students and families of White Rock well. A longtime community member, Ms. Christierson has called Folsom home for many years where she lives with her husband and has raised two children, both of whom graduated from Folsom High School.
