Restorative Justice: Hundreds of teachers, staff build their positive behavior management skills

The response from our staff was overwhelmingly positive! Some of the comments we heard included:
- "Thanks for sharing all of your information. I really enjoyed all parts. I'm going to be trying to improve my
youth leadership role and mindfulness! Thank you!" - "Best training I have had in my 14 years in the district!!!"
- "So thankful that FCUSD brought you here today. Every employee in our district NEEDS to experience this training. Thank you."
As we continually work to provide equitable access to education, we are cognizant that students need to be in place of wellness and emotional safety in order to best learn. Teachers and staff can set that positive tone, create teachable moments for our students and develop positive connections that will increase student success. Shout out to all the staff who participated in this valuable training day!
