Folsom Cordova is pleased to announce Roxanne Anguiano as the new Human Resources Manager-Classified.

Ms. Anguiano has over a decade of experience in Human Resources managing high-volume staffing, supporting departmental budgets, and streamlining the recruitment processes. A familiar face, she previously supported the FCUSD Human Resources department as a Human Resource Personnel Technician. Her most recent experience was serving the city of Galt as an Analyst in the HR department, where she managed recruitment, including the offer process, and collaborated with city payroll and benefits departments to lead strategic efficiency initiatives.

Ms. Anguiano earned a Bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California.

Ms. Anguiano has a passion for “taking care of the organization’s people” and dedicates her energy to being a good steward of available resources for employees.
