Theodore Judah Elementary students visit Folsom City Hall
Over 100 third graders from Theodore Judah Elementary got a hands-on lesson in government when they visited Folsom City Hall on Sept. 28.
Students met with Councilman Roger Gaylord, Assistant City Manager Elaine Anderson, and Municipal Landscaping Manager Lorraine Poggione who took them on a tour of City Hall.
Students had the opportunity to meet inside council chambers and do a mock council meeting, weighing in on different issues.
Students participated from the third grade classes of Mrs. Rowe, Ms. Wittman, Mrs. Foster, Ms. Patel and Mr. Gallington from Theodore Judah.
