Dia de los Muertos tradition showcases student artwork
The 12th annual Adolescent Parent Program Dia de los Muertos celebration was held on Nov. 2 at Walnutwood High.
Students created moving expressions through folk art, written tributes, food and drink dedicated to those they've loved and lost.
Many Rancho Cordova community members came out for the event, as well as school board members and Folsom Cordova's Superintendent Dr. Sarah Koligian.
