- Complete a Category 2 application and have it signed by the principal. Volunteer CAT2 Application
- Have a current TB test. TB results may come from your primary care provider, a medical clinic or from one of the free TB clinics. TB Skin Testing Clinics TB FAQ's
- Schedule a live scan appointment. Live scan forms for fingerprinting/locations can be picked up in the office or download a copy here: Live Scan Form and Sites
If you are a previously cleared volunteer within our district, please reach out to the Parent Coordinator to ensure your records are up to date for the 2022-2023 academic school year. A new CAT2 application and Code of Conduct form will still be required. Volunteer CAT2 Application/Agreement
The district office will then advise the school site when you are cleared to volunteer on campus and you will be contacted by the Parent Coordinator. This is for both new and current volunteers.

The Governing Board recognizes that volunteer assistance in schools can enrich the educational programs, increase supervision of students, and contribute to school safety while strengthening the schools'' relationships within the community. The Board encourages parents/guardians and other members of the community to share their time, knowledge, and abilities with students. (BP 1240).
