  • First Quarter Grades and MYP Classes

The first quarter has come to an end.  This message is in reference to any student in an MYP course. Because we are an IB World School, your student will receive both a local grade (A-F) AND an IB grade (1-7).  You may now log into PowerSchool to view your student’s local grade for the first quarter.  You will receive an email from Managebac explaining how to view your IB report.   If you would like a copy of your IB report printed or have any IB related grading questions, please contact our IB Coordinator, Amy Strawn, astrawn@fcusd.org

  • Dropping something off for your student?

Please make sure your student knows that you are dropping it off, and they can pick it up during passing period or lunch.  We will not interupt class teaching time to notify students of a drop off. Thanks!

  • EARLY DISMISSALS

The fastest and most efficient method is to send a note with your student the morning of the early release. Your student will bring it to the attendance clerk before school begins. A pass will be made for your student so they can be waiting for you at the time of release.

For last minute early dismissals(@ the Administration Office) please allow yourself an extra 20 minutes as sometimes classes are in the library or at lunch, etc.

If you call the night before or the day of the release please leave the following information on the voice mail if you don't speak to the attendance clerk:
    • Students first and last name (please spell both).
    • Reason for the release.
    • Time you need your student released from the classroom
