We would love for new volunteers to fill out a Category 2 volunteer application, with current TB test (and if needed a TB Health Questionnaire, if you test positive for TB). Applications will be available in the school office... For returning volunteers, with a current Category 2 application on file in our office, please let me know if you have any changes to your application. It could be an address change, or updating your TB test. When a TB expires, the volunteer will have 2 months to send in their update. This is a fair amount of time, as it will allow you to attend 1-2 District clinics. Please check with Maryann Hewitt, Parent Coordinator, for your most updated contact information. Also, new for 2019-2020, Mrs. Hewitt will be sending reminders home with students (in Friday Folders) to let parents know their TB is about to expire. Any questions, please feel free to contact Mrs. Hewitt. Thank you for volunteering!
