Field Trip Transportation Request Site

Use this online form to request a bus for field trips.   To all staff requesting field trips, You asked and we have listened. We are now using the new field trip request site. Please remember to complete your estimate using the field trip estimator by clicking Field Trip Estimator 2023-2024  Link before going to the request page. All staff should receive a welcome email from the system with a link to set your password. Please watch the following short training videos to help you get started.

First time users who are outside of Folsom Cordova USD, Call the Transportation Department at 294-9100 ext 160130 before going to the on-line form.   The transportation department will no longer provide estimates for trips. We have created an estimator link to make the process easy and fast.
