Field Trip Request for non FCUSD customers

Welcome to the field trip request page for non-FCUSD customers.

The field trip request page may be used for estimating and requesting field trips. 

The estimator can be found here Outside Agency Estimator.(it is your responsibility to enter accurate information to get an accurate estimate, charges will be billed at rates below.)

$60 per hour on non-fcusd holidays and $3.50 per mile with a 6 hour minimum

$75 per hour on fcusd hollidays and $3.50 per mile with a 6 hour minimum  

Overnight or trips that exceed 16 hours will be billed with a minimum of 8 hours per day or actual hours on duty, whichever is greater.
