After School Registration and Enrollment

After logging into Procare, RIGHT CLICK on the registration page to translate to another language. 

1. Right click. 

2. Select 'Translate' to English

3. A pop up window will appear at the top of the page, naming the detected language and offering a button to change the selection. Click the three dots on the right of the language box and select 'Choose another language'.  

4. Select the preferred language and proceed. 

Registration Timeline

Date	Events & Information
Wednesday. March 19th - 7:30 am	All returning and new families can re-register or enroll to the waitlist utilizing the links below
Friday. April 4th - 8:00 pm	The priority registration window for returning students and incoming siblings closes, at which point a first-come, first-serve system will be utilized.
Thursday, May 1st	Confirmation of re-registration and enrollment will begin being sent via email. Allow at least 4-6 weeks from the date you submit your procare enrollment to learn the student participation status. The office staff is unable to provide information specific to any student or their spot on a waitlist at any time.
March 19th - May 1st	From March 19th through May 1st of 2026, all interested families can utilize the links below to enroll to the waitlist. Registration to the program and a start date will depend on availability and will be communicated through email on an ongoing basis.

For the 25-26 school year, FCUSD will utilize Procare Software to register current students and enroll new students to the waitlist through links posted on our website that will go live on Wednesday, March 19th at 7:30 am.

Who is eligible for priority enrollment? The table below provides an overview of who is eligible for priority status during the re-registration and waitlist enrollment process. 

Priority Status	*Eligibility for a priority status group does not guarantee enrollment. If a program is at capacity, students will still be registered based on availability.
ELO-P	Students qualifying for the following are awarded priority in our program:  Homeless, Foster & Free + Reduced Lunch  English Learners
Current Families	Currently registered families that are in good contract standing will receive priority in the reenrollment window of March 19th 7:30 am through April 4th at 8:00 pm. PLEASE NOTE - PRIORITY ENROLLMENT EXTENDS THROUGH APRIL 4th! Register early if possible, but do not panic!
Siblings of Current Students	Siblings of students that are utilizing a "full-contract" are eligible for priority enrollment. Currently enrolled TK Limited or incoming siblings of current TK Limited contract students will not be eligible for priority enrollment.

 

• ASES and Student Care contracts expire at the end of each school year. You must re-register each school year. Parents who have
  automatic payments on file will have to submit a new authorization each year.

• Your Student Care account must be current with a $0.00 balance due by April 10th, to re-register and reserve a spot for the following school year.

• Your student must remain in ASES or Student Care through the end of the current school year to maintain your reserved spot for the following school year. May charges must be $0.00 by the last day of school. Any unpaid accounts will be dropped from the ASES or Student Care program at the end of May. Any available spots will be filled from the ASES and Student Care Wait Lists.

• Once you have been dropped from the ASES or Student Care program the entire past amount due will have to be paid in full before you can be added to the bottom of your school’s wait list.

 

• All registration requirements must be completed and turned into the ELO-P Office before a student is allowed to start. You are required to keep your student’s emergency and contact information in your Procare account. 
• Eligibility for a priority status group or sliding scale fee structure will be verified by your site leadership or the ELO-P office. Further instructions will be provided as a part of the registration process. Failure to comply with production of supporting documents in a timely manner can forfeit your spot on the waiting list. 
• Enrollment is confirmed through email sent to the account email designated in your Procare account. There will be a designated timeframe in which you can confirm interest and complete the process prior to designating a start date. 
• Start dates are typically Mondays and could be at any point during the year as staffing and site capacity allows. This date will be mutually agreed upon in advance through completion of the registration process.

 

• All newly registered families are required to participate in a program orientation prior to starting in our program. More information about the 2025-26 Orientation will be communicated when your child is confirmed in the program.  
• Failure to participate will compromise a student's eligibility to participate in the program. 

• Please be aware that many of our ASES and Student Care sites are impacted.  In many cases, we will not have enough available spots in ASES or Student Care to offer the service to everyone who adds their name to a wait list. Availability and wait times depend on the school site and can vary from year to year. 
• The waitlists do not roll over from one school year to the next. 
• You must notify both the ASES and Student Care Center and the ELO-P Office in writing 1-week in advance should you
  decide to drop your student from the program. Failure to notify us could result in charges for time you did not use.
• No refunds will be given for a mid-month drop. Drops must be turned in to the ELO-P Office no later than the 5th of the month if
  you would like to have the drop adjustment posted to your account before the payments are due on the 10th of the month.

• Transitional Kindergarten students are offered two options in our program. Program availability is strictly determined by site capacity and staffing needs. The staff/student ratio for Kindergarten and Transitional Kindergarten students outlined by Expanded Learning guidance is 10:1. 

Program Offering
TK "Limited"	A TK Limited option refers to care during the regular academic day before or after the student's TK instruction time. A limited contract does not include care during the after school hours.
TK "Full Contract"	A TK Full contract is for the time before or after the student's TK instruction time PLUS after school care hours designated by the family.

• Programs are available on a sliding scale and dependent upon income verification.
• Income can be evaluated twice per year or on a reasonable "as needed" basis should significant changes occur. 
• All parents whose fees are paid for by an outside agency, IE: Child Action, Cal-Works, are responsible for any fees not paid by that
  agency. Parents on these programs are responsible for getting all necessary paperwork to their worker/agency.
• We accept one contract per child. We will not do separate accounts or contracts for one child. We will accept two separate payments on the account. Only the parent or/parents whose name or names appear on the contract will be able to make changes to the contract and receive account or tax information.
• Families will have multiple options to consider when choosing the program offering that best suits your care needs. More information about the 2025-26 program and fees structure click here.

The email below was sent to all currently enrolled Student Care and ASES families outlining how to activate the parent portal of your existing Procare account. Until Wednesday, March 19th, this is the ONLY step you need to perform to prepare for the registration process. You will not see additional information in your portal until March 19th. 

Beginning on March 19th at 7:30 am, a link will appear on this webpage and in your online portal that will allow you to register to the waitlist for next year for current students and incoming siblings (this does not apply to current TK Limited students). When available, proceed to answer the questions (approximately 15-20) at your own pace. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email. 

Within 4-6 weeks from submission, you will receive further instructions related to payment (where applicable), policy acknowledgement and handbook information. Please give ample time to our team to process all enrollments and complete all verifications. 

--Already have a Procare account at another facility? You should still be able to add your FCUSD procare account by clicking the drop-down arrow and selecting the desired facility. After activating, you can switch between facilities using that same menu.

1. Go to MyProcare.com.

2. Enter your email address (the email you have on file with «<Sch-Name>») and 
choose Secure Login.

3. Enter the confirmation code sent to your email, choose a password, and press Submit.

4. Then you may:
    a. View your child’s schedule, time card, immunizations and more.
    b. Use the Pay button to make a payment with your card.
    c. View and print financial reports.

Beginning on March 19th at 7:30 am, you will utilize the list of links below to register for your desired school site. The links will not be live until then. 

---Already have a Procare account at another facility? You should still be able to add your FCUSD procare account by clicking the drop-down arrow and selecting the desired facility. After activating, you can switch between facilities using that same menu.

Step 1. Click the link for the Student Care/ASES Site which you wish to attend for the 2025-26 school year. - if you have more than one child, you will still click one link and later have the option to add a child in your account. 

Step 2. You will be asked to enter your email address - use the email that you wish to have on file as your primary email for the account. An email with a confirmation code will be sent to this email address.

Step 3. Retrieve the code from your email and enter in the procare site. 

Step 4. Proceed to filling out all account data. 

Step 5. Complete the waitlist enrollment form, which is comprised of approximately 15-20 questions. Please note - although all forms are timestamped, we do need complete information for all students. Please complete the entire form with accurate information. If a form is submitted without complete data, it will not be considered. 

Step 6: For those admitted, within 4-6 weeks from submission, you will receive further instructions related to payment (where applicable), policy acknowledgement and handbook information. Please give ample time to our team to process all enrollments and complete all verifications. 

Step 7: All others not admitted due to limited capacity, will remain on the waitlist until a space becomes available and will be contacted as soon as a spot opens up. This waitlist will remain in place until the following year. We CANNOT release information about the order of the waitlist.
