Summer Program Enrollment is Closed for Summer of 2025

Enrollment Information

Families MUST attend the summer site designated for their school. For families with students at multiple sites, you will need to submit for each location.

For the registration process, keep in mind the following:

Enrollment from this waitlist will be verified via email and is not valid until confirmed.
All registrations are for the entire six weeks - no fees will be prorated for any missed days.
Please be aware that several of our Expanded Learning Sites receive more requests for care than the site has available. Adding your student's name to this enrollment waitlist does not guarantee a spot in the program.
Summer Registration confirmation will begin on March 31st, please do not contact the office in advance of this date as they will be unable to provide you any additional information.

If any of the above sites don't meet minimum enrollment criteria, the sites will be combined.

Cost

Pricing is for the Entire Program - June 4 - July 11

Students that are foster youth, homeless and/or qualify for free and reduced-price meals are not charged fees to attend our Expanded Learning Programs. Students that are not within one of these categories are charged fees on a sliding scale based on family income.

$1100 Flat Rate ($3,200.00 or less gross household income per month)

$1925.00 Flat Rate (gross household income greater than $3,200.00 per month)

Policies

No refunds will be given for drops from the ELO Summer Camp Program after payments have been processed.
No refunds or pro-ration will be given for missed days from the ELO Summer Camp Program.
If your payment fails to process on the processing date your student will not be allowed to attend Summer Camp.
Payments can be made using a VISA or MASTERCARD Credit or Debit Card, or Money Order. No checks.
