Summer Preceptorship Program
What is CTESPP?
CTESPP, or the Career Technical Education Summer Preceptorship Program, is an annual summer internship program for current CTE students entering grades 10–12 in the next school year, lasting three to four weeks. Students work with business partners approximately 15–20 hours per week.
- June 3-4: Professionalism and workplace skills workshop
- At Vista del Lago High School or Cordova High School
- June 5: Onboarding and orientation activities
- June 8-23: Three week internship
- June 8-30: Four week internship
- June 30: CTE Program Showcase
- All students, families, and business partners are encouraged to attend!
Interested in being a business partner?
We welcome business partners, entrepreneurs, organizations, and investors who want to collaborate with out program. Partnership is a great way to help each other out. There are several ways to be involved:
- Host students on-site or online immersive experiences
- Share professional expertise, discuss career pathways, and provide insights into industry expectations.
