Returning Loaned Instruments

Loaned Instruments from the District must be returned at the end of the school year. If the family moves out of the district mid-year. Instruments must be turned in to the music teacher or the office of the FCUSD elementary school.

 

At the end of the school year, the Music teachers will direct students to place their borrowed instrument to the storage area after the final showcase performance. All personal items must be removed from the case. 

 

If the instrument is not returned, the student will not be able to check out a book or instrument the following school year until the instrument is returned or arrangements have been made with the FCUSD VAPA Coordinator. If a family is experiencing a hardship and can not return the instrument, please contact the FCUSD VAPA Coordinator to make other arrangements.
