Howdy!

Please let me introduce myself — I am Mr. Peter Lane and this is my 18th year at Mitchell Middle School.  I am currently teaching Media Arts and working on getting Mitchell News Network up and off the ground.  Please use the links to find your way to the websites. 

I thoroughly enjoy teaching students at the middle school level   Students in this age range bring a sense of curiosity and ability to question ideas with them every day.  It definitely keeps me on my toes!

Outside of school I thoroughly enjoy spending time with my two boys and reading, hiking/biking, and watching sports (lots of it).  I have also love playing with toy trains - learning the in and outs of electricity has been a blast!
