    My name is Maddie Kelly and this is my first year teaching at White Rock Elementary. I attended CSU Chico, where I earned my BA in Child Development and my teaching credential. I am very excited about this school year! Children were not meant to learn through Zoom and I am so happy to be back in person with students. I also realize that we will face challenges as we return to our normal school schedule. Please know that I am here to support your student in any way that I can. In order to do this, we must work as a team! Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns about this school year.
