    As of January 6, 2022, The County of Sacramento Health Officer ordered all public meetings in the County to occur virtually until further notice. The Order will be reevaluated no later than February 1, 2022 by the Health Officer. Health Order

    The meeting will live-stream on YouTube for viewing, with links posted below, prior to the meeting.
    PLEASE NOTE- Public Comments for Special Board Meetings: As provided under the Brown Act (Govt Code section 54954.3), pertaining to special meetings, only those public comments related to the specific item on the agenda will be shared with the Board or heard at the Board meeting. See School Board Meeting Information page listed above for options on public comments.

    The meeting is being held through video conference and/or by telephonic means and will be made accessible to members of the public seeking to attend virtually and to address the Board solely through the Zoom link provided. The Zoom link and Zoom call-in phone number will be posted below no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting. Members of the public who require reasonable accommodations to access the meeting, based on disability or other reasons, should contact the Superintendent’s Office 916-294-9001 at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of a Regular meeting to make arrangements for such reasonable accommodations. (For special meetings, please request accommodations no less than 12 hours prior to the meeting)

    How does one make Public Comments at a Virtual Board Meeting?

    Those who wish to make a public comment directly related to any item on the meeting agenda will have an opportunity to speak when that agenda item is addressed and are not required to complete a Public Comment card prior to the meeting. Those participating on Zoom must use the “raise hand” feature to indicate their desire to provide a public comment.

    Comments from the public are limited to three (3) minutes (four (4) minutes for a student), regarding any item that is within the Board’s jurisdiction. Time limitations are at the discretion of the President of the Board of Trustees. The Board shall limit the total time for public comments on each item to 20 minutes. Please note that Government Code Section 54954.2(a) limits the ability of Board Members to respond to public comments. In addition, the Board may not take action on any item which is not on this agenda, except as authorized by Government Code 54954.2. (revised September 2021)
