Hello Families!

  • Thank you for visiting my page! I am excited to be joining the Navigator Elementary team for the 2019-2020 school year. I am a husband and father of 3 children, 2 of which are twins, and enjoy spending as much time with them as possible, but teaching is a deep-rooted passion of mine that often affects how we spend time together. Our vacations, weekends, and summers are often spent exploring this amazing country, and discovering the knowledge that comes from those first-hand experiences. So, I often take time to make sure that my own kids are learning from their experiences, as well as my students. Before I was a teacher, I was a form setter for a local, family owned and operated, custom concrete company. During that period of my life, I learned that patience, precise communication, and work ethic can make all the difference in a final product. Taking these ideas into the classroom has created some spectacular results. This year, I hope to construct some new knowledge for your child, dig into some new terrain, and help your child bulldoze the challenges they face. With a little elbow grease, a lot of practice, and the right tools, I am certain that we can put our thinking hard hats together to form the blueprints we can use to build upon the foundation of understanding your child already has. So, let's grab a drafting table and get to work!!
