Hello Room1 Friends,

Welcome to 1st Grade! I am so excited to have you in my class this year and I look forward to our many adventures together in Room 1. First grade is such a fun year with so many learning opportunities to celebrate! Our first day of school is Tuesday, August 8th. For the first 3 weeks of school, our schedule will be Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri 8:15-1:21 and Thursday 8:15-1:15. Please make sure to sign up for beginning-of-year assessments on the first day of school. Please join your child on campus in the QUAD area (through the black gates on Dean Way) for the 1st day of school. I will be out there with a sign that says "Layton"! I look forward to seeing you on August 8th!
