  • A Heartfelt THANK YOU to Our Former Board Members and Volunteers

On behalf of the Oak Chan community, we would like to thank Elisha Kampsen for serving as PTO President for the 2021-2022 & 2022-2023 school years with the utmost dedication to providing for every little Dragon, staff member, and family with kindness and respect! With a huge heart, a strong work ethic, extreme creative gifting, and a "Let's Do This" attitude, Mrs. Kampsen served as president during very challenging and uncertain times. She made "pivoting" the new normal, making certain every member of our school community was given the opportunity to be included, educated, entertained, and celebrated throughout the year. Thank you Ms. Elisha!

We would also like to acknowledge and thank Rosie Brito, Karen Mannion, and Kathy Wright for dedicating years of leadership and countless volunteer hours to serving our Oak Chan community. The events, activities, and projects these women have been involved with are too numerous to count and have been enjoyed and appreciated by students, staff, and families year after year. Thank you ladies for giving so much of your time and talents to supporting our school!

Thank you as well to Lindy Hulilbarger for serving on the board as VP of Enrichment last year, and for volunteering to plant items in the garden and working at events like Breakfast in Candyland.

The list of active volunteers who have moved on from their time at Oak Chan includes many amazing individuals who are dearly missed. Whether you chaired an event, served up front or behind the scenes, or provided financial support, your time at Oak Chan made a difference and you have our gratitude..."Once a Dragon, Always a Dragon"!
