Welcome!

It is my pleasure to be your child's teacher for the 2021-22 school year. 

My name is Mr. Kevin Samson. This year marks my fourth year at Mills Middle School, the fifth year in the Folsom Cordova USD, and my 10th year teaching special education. 

Please check Google Classroom daily for announcements, classwork, and grades. Links to class meetings will also be posted! 

Also, your child will be bringing home a point sheet every night. Please praise their willingness to discuss it with you and I would encourage that you refrain from any punitive measures if possible. However, setting up a reward system for meeting their daily goal would be a great idea! (It can be a small daily prize and a bigger prize for every 5 days, etc.  (advancement goal met will be circled)
