HOW TO JOIN:
CSF is an academic honor club that emphasizes scholastic achievement and community service. To be an "active" member, students must apply each semester. Application requires submission of the following:
1. Completed Application - Students must earn 10 points according to the guidelines outlined on the application based on previous semesters grades.
**Help is available to determine points - Bring your grades and application to Mrs. Hamm (H212) or any current officer for assistance**
2. Copy of grades from prior semester - this can be a report card or transcript
Turn in the completed application, copy of grades to H212
Fall Applications due Friday, September 8th
Service Hours: DUE Friday, January 5th
Each semester, members are required to complete 6 service hours per semester. Service forms can be picked up at any meeting in H212. Service hour forms are due at the end of each semester. Service opportunities are organized and shared regularly at meetings. See CSF Calendar and CSF Google Classroom for school related service opportunities and meeting dates.
