CHS Seniors / Graduation Updates
Graduation Picture Information - Flyer
Caps and gowns have been distributed. There are a few stragglers who still need to pick theirs up in Mrs. Naderi's office, in the Administration Building.
The Police Activities League will be coordinating parking for graduation and the cost is $5.00. We encourage car pooling as parking is limited.
Graduation tickets will be distributed at Graduation practice.
Senior Breakfast (no cost) will be held in the cafeteria on May 27th at 7:30 am prior to graduation practice. Practice begins at 9:00 am in the stadium. Practice is REQUIRED.
Questions regarding announcements and other Herff Jones orders, contact Carlos Courtade at email@example.com or call 916-714-7344 and leave a message as he is probably out in the field delivering and distributing products. ALL ANNOUNCEMENTS WILL BE REFUNDED DUE TO THE LATE ARRIVAL. We will let you know when they come in if you are still interested in having them.
Students who do not meet the graduation requirements will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony. Final notification of non-completion will be made to parents by Thursday, May 26th (the date of the last final exam). If we are unable to contact you, please call your student’s counselor for this information. Students who do not meet requirements are encouraged to discuss available options with their assigned counselor.
Graduates may not wear or carry any backpacks, purses or any object that will disrupt the ceremony. “Decorating Caps” is not allowed. Diplomas will be available for pick up immediately after the ceremony in the little gym.
Fines - PLEASE TURN IN BOOKS AND CHROMEBOOKS BY END OF THE DAY THURSDAY, MAY 26TH. If you receive a fine notice instead of your diploma, you must pay the fine at the Student Store to receive your diploma. Students may pay fines prior to graduation day or the Student Store will be re-open on Wednesday, June 1st.
ALSO, NO BALLOONS ARE ALLOWED IN THE STADIUM AS THEY HINDER THE VIEW OF OTHERS. PLEASE LEAVE BALLOONS IN YOUR VEHICLE.
This event will be live-streamed on Folsom TV's Facebook page.
We want this to be an enjoyable experience for ALL attendees.
