            Hello Gators..... 
     I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy as we all are staying at home. I am hanging out with my family doing homework, chores, binge watching TV, and of course getting outside to do our favorite activities such as biking, walking, and gardening (wish it could be skiing).  It is very important to stay active especially during these times. Make sure to do some form of exercise whether you get outside to do you favorite activitly or staying in and do some dancing or a work out video. I will be posting some lesson, activities and resources to help you.  Feel free to email me any questions you might have or anything you would like to share to mbrown@fcusd.
    You are welcome to continue with mileage club at home. Create a running log and track your miles or time. 
    Turn in your log when we return to school.
    Gators Rule   
    -CA Dept of  Education refquires structured PE for a minimum 200 min every 10 school days
    -It is recommended by the CDC that children do at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity everyday.
