• The Academy for Advanced Learning at Theodore Judah is enrolled through an application process. Following the application submission, students will complete an assessment. Students will be assessed in reading, writing, mathematics, and dispositions for learning.  We do not use norm-referenced or standardized tests for admission. All applicants will receive an email with information on signing up for testing.

*Please note: applications are only open to students currently in Kindergarten or 3rd grade. Students join the academy going into first grade or fourth grade. Students applying for first grade must have a birth date from 9/2/16-9/1/17 and are currently in kindergarten.

Important information regarding GATE-qualified students:  If your child has qualified for GATE, your child will be supported in their current classroom.  Additionally, this does not guarantee admission to one of our academy schools.  ALL academies have an application process that will require parents to contact the schools individually.  Each school will update its website with application information as needed.
