• Detailed information regarding the volunteer clearance process is outlined below:

     

    **Important TB information if testing outside of a FCUSD Clinic** 

    (If rejected, you will have to reapply to volunteer)

    Your TB must include the following information to not be rejected:

    • Your name
    • Date of Birth 
    • Medical facility name
    • Doctor's signature
    • For Skin Tests: two dates - the screening test date and the skin test result (read) date
    • For Chest X-Rays: date of results

     

    NEW VOLUNTEERS

    • Prospective volunteers should click on the following link for detailed information regarding the volunteer application process: https://www.fcusd.org/volunteer
    • Helpful Hint: You cannot begin the application process unless you have a current negative TB test result obtained within the last 60 days. To obtain a TB test result, you can visit your physician or attend one of the free TB Test Clinics sponsored by FCUSD. You can find the list of scheduled clinics HERE.
    • For Chest X-Ray results, please contact Stefanie Ellis for a TB health questionnaire.

     

    EXISTING VOLUNTEERS

    • If your TB test result on file has expired, you will need to submit a current negative TB test result obtained within the last 60 days; you will receive email reminders from Raptor/FCUSD to upload a current TB test result.
    • To obtain an updated TB test result, you can visit your physician or attend one of the free TB Test Clinics sponsored by FCUSD.  You can find the list of scheduled clinics HERE.
