    I'm Mrs. Royston, your Biology or Forensics teacher.  
    This is my 21st year at FHS, and I think we have a
    great school and science program.  My husband and I
    have 2 sons- 21 year old Joe (FLC) and 17 year
    old Sam (12th grade at Casa). Chris works at Micron in
    Folsom and is a triathlete (Ironman) and runner.  I am a runner 
    (11 marathons and 5 ultramarathons) and I also "play" triathlon;
    I completed Ironman Arizona in November 2015 and 2018 and Santa Rosa
    Ironman in July 2017 and May 2018. Im Louisville is my next big challenge.
    I love trail running,hiking, bird watching, and just
    being out in nature.
