    Fit 1 students are encouraged to have a folder with 3 brads and 10 sheets of binder paper. This will be your Sportfolio for the year. A Sportfolio is an organized collection and authentic assessment of some of the activities you will participate in for PE this year. 
    Yoga and HIIT students are encouraged to have a small Composition notebook to record data and for journaling.
