Field Trip Transportation Request Site Information

To all staff requesting field trips:

DUE TO THE SHORTAGE OF BUS DRIVERS, NO TRIPS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR PICKUP TIMES BETWEEN 8:15 - 8:40 A.M.
BUSES WILL ARRIVE AT SCHOOL SITES TO PICK UP BETWEEN  8:45 A.M. TO 9:00 A.M. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

FIELD TRIP CANCELATION- TO CANCEL A SCHEDULED FIELD TRIP, A MINIMUM OF 5 DAY NOTICE IS REQUIRED. IF A SCHEDULED TRIP IS CANCELLED ON THE DAY OF THE TRIP, A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY. SITES WILL BE CHARGED MILEAGE(YARD TO YARD) AND DRIVERS TIME.

LAST MINUTE FIELD TRIPS- PLEASE CALL TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT FIRST BEFORE SUBMITTING THE TRIP, SO WE CAN LET YOU KNOW IF WE ARE ABLE TO ACCOMODATE.

All staff will receive a welcome email from "TRAVERSA" with a link to set your password. (WE NO LONGER WILL BE USING BUS HIVE)
If you have not received an email, please contact Seon Motley.

If your pickup point (School, Sly Park, etc.) or destination is not listed, please choose "not listed" and type it in NOTES.
