Field Trip Transportation Request Site

To all staff requesting field trips:

DUE TO THE SHORTAGE OF BUS DRIVERS, NO TRIPS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR PICKUP TIMES BETWEEN 8:15 - 8:40. BUSES WILL ARRIVE AT SCHOOL SITES TO PICK UP 8:45 TO 9:00. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

 All staff should receive a welcome email from the system with a link to set your password. WE NO LONGER WILL BE USING BUS HIVE. YOU WILL BE RECEIVING A WELCOME EMAIL FROM TRAVERSA. EMAIL JADE SURACE IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL.

If your pickup point (School, Sly Park, etc.) or destination is not listed, please choose not listed and type it in NOTES.
