School Attendance Boundaries

SCHOOL STREET SEARCH, DIRECTORY and MAPS

It is the policy of the Folsom Cordova Unified School District to balance class loads at each school.  If an individual grade level is full, pupils may be bused to another school within the District.  School attendance boundaries are reviewed on an annual basis and adjustments will be made if necessary.

Folsom Boundary Modifications for 2025-2026 School Year: The Blanche Sprentz Elementary School attendance area will have open enrollment to any secondary school in Folsom, effective for the 2025/2026 school year. Board of Education approval November 7, 2024.  

Rancho Cordova Boundary Modifications for 2025-2026 School Year: Elementary students residing in the development areas of Rio del Oro, Somerset and The Preserve will be reassigned from Navigator Elementary School to Mather Heights Elementary School. American River Canyon households: Folsom Cordova Unified School District will treat  families living west of American River Canyon  Drive that reside in the city of Folsom but are with San Juan Unified as "FCUSD resident students", and may attend Carl Sundahl Elementary, Sutter Middle School, and Folsom High School. Families will first need to initiate the Interdistrict Transfer Permit (ITP) request from San Juan Unified to request to attend Folsom Cordova Unified schools.  The affected streets will appear in the street name search below with a "YES" in the ITP column.

Folsom Ranch Development (new development in Folsom south of Highway 50).  For current information regarding school assignments and construction of new schools in this area, please click here. New streets will be added to the school street directory as street names and addresses become available.
