Construction of a new education services center to centralize staff and services from the old district office, Granite Center, Sutter Middle School and Community Education Center.  Facilities being used at Sutter Middle and Community Education Center will revert back to the site for use in housing additional student enrollment.  Plans for the layout of the building were based on the following Administration Specification:  Ad Spec  Construction cost is $27 million and funded from Measure M bond funds.  Construction began in June 2010 and the district occupied the building in February 2012.
