Welcome to HappyFox, ETIS's Ticketing System

The Education Technology & Information Systems (ETIS) department using the HappyFox ticketing system for staff support.

To access Happyfox:

1. Click the Submit a ticket button to the right or browse directly to https://fcusd.happyfox.com. 
2. Select Sign in with Google or Azure (which will use your email login through Microsoft)
3. Select Submit Ticket at the upper-right corner of the page.
4. Under Ticket Details, change the category to:
   • ETIS Helpdesk to submit a technology related ticket. 
   • PowerSchool & CALPADS (SIS) to submit a student information system related ticket.
