Complaints by Employees
Complainants are encouraged to resolve problems early and informally whenever possible. If a problem remains unresolved, the individuals should submit a formal complaint as early as possible in accordance with appropriate district procedures.
Williams Complaint
A Williams Complaint concerns deficiencies related to instructional materials, conditions of facilities that are not maintained in a clean or safe manner or in good repair, and teacher vacancy or misassignment.

nonDiscrimination in Employment
No district employee shall be discriminated against or harassed by any coworker, supervisor, manager, or other person with whom the employee comes in contact in the course of employment, on the basis of the employee's actual or perceived race, color, ancestry, national origin, age, religious creed, marital status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, veteran or military status, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, or association with a person or group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics

Sexual Harassment/Title IX Complaints
A complaint of sexual harassment includes, but is not limited to, unwelcome sexual advances, unwanted requests for sexual favors, or other unwanted verbal, visual, or physical conduct of a sexual nature made against another person of the same or opposite sex in the education setting, under certain conditions.

Complaints concerning district Employees
A Complaint Concerning District Employee provides a means to hold employees accountable for their actions. A Complaint may be files students, parents/guardians, district employees, and/or community members.

General Complaint
A General Complaint is one that does not fit into any of the categories above. This form is used following a discussion with the site manager or principal that does not lead to a resolution. Once a general complaint is filed, the District will determine which complaint process applies.
