Update: Message to FCUSD Families
January 8, 2021
Dear FCUSD Families:
Students participating in Elementary Hybrid will return to campus on Tuesday, January 12. All elementary schools will be open.
We continually appreciate the diligence of our families and staff, practicing all safety measures, to minimize the spread of COVID-19. Please read the following information, regarding daily screening.
Self-screening for COVID symptoms required
All students coming onto campus must be self-screened before coming to school. Frontline Health Portal is our preferred method. Here’s why...
- Frontline Health Portal helps us with quicker and more efficient contact tracing, should your student come into contact with a COVID-19 positive individual.
- Frontline Health Portal is a quick and efficient way to let us know your child is healthy.
Frontline can be accessed from your computer or mobile device by downloading the app, available on Android and iPhone devices. Search: Frontline Health Portal
Detailed instructions for using Frontline Health Portal can be found by visiting: www.fcusd.org/screening
If you are unable to access Frontline Health Portal, please continue to use the paper screening tool. Information and a downloadable pdf can also be found on www.fcusd.org/screening
Please note: Daily text reminders for self-screening will be sent at 4:00 p.m. from January 11 - 15, then every Monday at 4:00 p.m. thereafter. This text message will read:
From FCUSD: Reminder, all students who come on campus, must self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms. Please visit: www.fcusd.org/screening
Thank you for your partnership as we work to keep your student and their fellow students safe.
