Before Submitting a Concern

We encourage families to begin by working with the staff closest to the situation whenever possible:

Step 1. Contact the Teacher or Staff Member Directly
Start by speaking with the teacher, staff member, or person most directly involved. Many concerns can be resolved quickly through a conversation with the staff member who knows the situation best.

Step 2. Connect with the Principal or Department Lead
If your concern has not been resolved or you need additional assistance, contact the school principal or appropriate department lead. They can help review the concern and determine the next steps.

If you have followed these steps and still need help, or if you are unsure where to begin, choose the option below that best describes your concern and provide us with the details.

Your feedback helps us better understand the experiences of our students, families, and staff, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement. Our team will review your submission and connect you with the appropriate staff member or department when follow-up is needed.
