Peachjar Digital Flyers

Folsom Cordova Unified School District (FCUSD) uses Peachjar to deliver school and community flyers digitally. This system replaces paper flyers previously sent home in student backpacks, supporting environmental sustainability, cost savings, and easier access to information for families.

How PeachJar Works

Peachjar is a digital flyer delivery system used by FCUSD to share approved school and community information with families. Instead of sending paper flyers home, approved flyers are delivered electronically to parents’ and guardians’ email inboxes and are also posted on school websites for easy access. Families can view current flyers at any time by clicking the Peachjar logo on their school’s website.

How Flyer Distribution Works

FCUSD cooperates with eligible non-commercial organizations to distribute flyers electronically through Peachjar.

Distribution Schedule:

  • Flyers are distributed on the date selected by the submitter once approved
  • The review and approval process may take up to two business days
  • Flyers submitted after 1:00 p.m. are not eligible for distribution until the following day
  • Approved flyers are emailed to families at 3:00 p.m. on the scheduled distribution date

Paper flyers from outside organizations will not be distributed.

How to Submit a Flyer Through PeachJar

To request approval for flyer distribution:

  1. Visit https://www.peachjar.com
  2. Register for an account as an Enrichment Provider
  3. If you are a nonprofit organization, upload proof of nonprofit status (e.g., IRS 501(c)) — flyers cannot be approved without this documentation
  4. Upload your flyer for review and approval

Please note: Peachjar charges a fee for flyer distribution services.
