Survey opportunity to support student health

Folsom Cordova Unified School District is working with community health partners to maximize resources to support the health and well-being of our students.  As we develop ways to best serve our students, we need to identify their health needs. Whether you are a student, parent/guardian, or staff member, your observations, experiences, and feedback will help inform us on ways we can best close gaps in health care access for our students.  

Please share your thoughts with us using the ThoughtExchange survey tool.  It's simple. After an introductory question, you will respond to the prompt and can write as many thoughts as you want.  Then, please review other people's thoughts and rate them. This allows everyone to see top-rated thoughts.

• The Survey is open now and will close on Friday, November 5 at 5:00 p.m.

Parent Summit November 2

Parents and Guardians are welcome to attend the next, upcoming Parent Summit which will be held virtually on November 2, from 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Parent Summits are open to all and focus on increasing family engagement. The purpose of this event is to provide opportunities for families to build community, facilitate advocacy and give voice to what families need based on their collective experiences in FCUSD. To register, please see the attached flyer.

School Funding Form

If you have not yet filled out the School Funding Form on your PowerSchool portal, please take a moment to do that now. We have extended the deadline to this Friday, October 29.

Why should you fill this out? To ensure your school continues to receive important supplemental services and programs, such as mental health specialists, social emotional learning curriculum, intervention teachers, and additional nursing staff.

• No additional cost to families
• Data provided is confidential
• Records are not required to complete the form

Plus, students who qualify may receive reduced-cost benefits on school and community services!

 Tip: Make sure you are logged into your PowerSchool account, not your student’s account.
