COVID-19 vaccine clinic at Cordova High School!

FCUSD in partnership with UC Davis is hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic at Cordova High tomorrow. This is the second of two clinics. Please click here to see the flyer and the information below:

• Registration is required:
• Registration link in English
• Registration link in Spanish
• When: March 3
• Where: Cordova High School cafeteria
• 2239 Chase Drive, Rancho Cordova
• Drive down Chase Drive, turn right at Lancer Lane and look for signs that say “event”
• Time: 2:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Ages: 5 and up welcome!
• 1^st dose, 2^nd dose, or booster eligible
• Vaccine type:  Pfizer only
• Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
