Organizational Matters

Trustees nominated and voted fellow members for positions for 2022. They are as follows:

• President of the Board - David Reid
• Vice President of the Board - Joshua Hoover
• Clerk of the Board - Chris Clark
• Representative to the Sacramento County Office of Education Reorganization Committee - Chris Clark

Trustee Area Redistricting Process

Discussion on a proposed Trustee Area redistricting was discussed and a presentation was provided by a demographer based on the Official 2020 Census Data.

Budget

The 2021-2022 First Interim Financial Report, Period Ending October 31, 2021 was presented and approved.

Early Notification of Retirement Incentive announced

Folsom Cordova Unified School District has authorized a one-time “Early Notification of Retirement Incentive” for employees who are Classified (CSEA), Certificated (FCEA) or Management (FCLA). To see the details of MOU agreements for each group, please click on the links below.

Dr. Sarah Koligian, State Superintendent of the Year!

Administrators and Superintendents in California have named FCUSD’s Dr. Sarah Koligian the 2021 State Superintendent of the Year! Read more about her award in this week’s edition of the Folsom Telegraph.

Winter Break   

Schools will be closed beginning December 20, 2021 and will resume Monday, January 3, 2022

During your time off from school, all at FCUSD wish you safe and happy break with your loved ones. While filled with joy, holidays can also have stresses.
