Who We Are:

The administrative services department team provides a wide variety of services to support our students, colleagues, school sites, parents, and the community. The department coordinates and interacts closely with district staff and provides information to the board upon which policy decisions are made. Short-term and long-term financial planning are also a responsibility of this department, as well as providing contract information to the board.   Please feel free to contact us if you need assistance. Administrative Services Encompasses the Following Departments:

Compliance
The mission of Folsom Cordova Unified School District's Compliance Department is to establish a safe environment for our students, staff, and community while supporting the District's commitment to providing excellence in educational programs.  The main objectives are to apply the most effective use of resources, minimize exposure to loss, and maintain compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.

Education Technology Information Services (ETIS)
As a district, our mission is to provide excellence in educational programs that carry high expectations for each student's success and in collaboration with our community to ensure all students demonstrate high levels of learning through our commitment to continuous cycles of improvement, transformative social emotional learning, and engaging, culturally responsive instruction. 

ETIS strives to meet the mission of the district through its use of technology in education. 

Facilities & Planning
The Facilities and Planning Department provides planning, design, and construction project management for all new construction, modernization and capital improvement projects for the District.  

We are also responsible for the annual review of school attendance boundaries, preparation of school enrollment projections, implementation and collection of development impact fees and administration of the community use of school facilities.         

Fiscal Services Department
Fiscal Services provides oversight for all financial related operations of the District and ensures that resources are effectively received, allocated, disbursed and efficiently accounted for to carry out the education and support activities of the District.

Food Services
Food Services is one of the most critical services we provide to our students in the Folsom Cordova Unified School District. Our priority is to offer fresh, delicious, and nutritious meals that students truly enjoy on a daily basis. Our food services team is committed to providing a variety of nutritious meals in a safe and positive environment. 

Maintenance & Operations
 

Transportation
It is the mission of the Transportation Services Department to provide students, staff and the community of the Folsom Cordova Unified School District with the safest and most reliable means of transportation. We support this mission by providing ongoing training to ensure our drivers are knowledgeable about the most current laws and regulations; maintaining the fleet on a strict schedule; replacing obsolete/ outdated vehicles regularly; and communicating regularly with the staff and community leaders on recommended changes to meet the needs of the District.
