Please return your completed form to the front office at Prospect by Tuesday, May 24th.

Credit Recovery Summer Session will be held at CORDOVA HIGH Sorry, no transportation will be provided.
Dates: June 6- June 24th
8:30am -12:45pm

Monday – Thursday:
Period 1: 8:30 – 10:30
Break/Passing 10:30 – 10:45
Period 2: 10:45 – 12:45
Grab and Go Lunch: 12:45

Fridays: 180 minutes of work you need to do at home on your own.

Students MUST attend the entire summer session to earn credit.

Deadline Due: May 20, 2022
