Master Agreements

In order to finalize enrollment in Innovations Academy, Ed Code 51749.6 states that a Master Agreement contract must be completed.  This master agreement verifies that all parties agree to the enrollment requirements.  This will be the last step in the enrollment process.  The school office will contact you and schedule a time for you to come into the office to complete this document.
