Music has been a huge part of my life since the 4th grade. I got my start as a musician right here in the FCUSD, playing the recorder at Mather Heights Elementary School. I switched to the cello in the 6th grade at Mitchell Middle School and continued on through my time at Cordova High School. I was also a member of the Sacramento Youth Symphony for five years.

After graduation, I attended UCLA from 2014 to 2020, where I continued to hone my skills as a musician and become a certified music teacher. Now, I am excited to begin my teaching career in the very same school district where I grew up!

Outside of performing and teaching music, my hobbies include playing video games, reading, and spending time with my wonderful cats.
