• Pass Ball to Partner



    1. Start 5 feet apart and go take a step back  after 20 kicks


    2. Kick with either your toe, your instep, or  your inside of your feet  to your partner


    3.Follow through with your kicking leg


    4. Stop the ball by either putting your foot on top of the ball or the inside of your feet


    5. Switch feet every kick. 

    6. Do this for 20 minutes


    Pass Ball while you move



    1. Kick ball in front of partner while you move in the same direction


    2. kick back and forth with the inside of your feet


    3. Once you go down 20-30 feet , turn back the other direction


    4. Do this for 10 minutes


    4. Repeat
