• Soccer Ball/Balloon Juggling

     

    1. Drop ball/balloon and raise your right thigh and hit it up so it goes as high as your nose. Catch ball/balloon . Do this 20 times

     

    2. Drop ball/balloon and raise your left thigh and hit it up so it goes as high as your nose.   Catch ball/balloon .Do this 20 times

     

    3.  Drop ball/balloon and raise your right foot and hit it up so it goes as high as your nose.  Catch ball/balloon . Do this 20 times

    4.  Drop ball/balloon and raise your left foot and hit it up so it goes as high as your nose.  Catch ball/balloon . Do this 20 times

     

    5. Go right thigh and catch , left thigh and catch  , right foot and catch , left foot and catch  and do this 20 times.

     

    6. Juggle ball or balloon by keep hitting it with your right thigh, left thigh, right foot or left foot. Try to keep increasing the amount of times you hit consecutively.
