In our class, all our student gets out a project-based, hands-on, globally competitive learning in a safe, student-centered environment, which will aid the students towards a career that have meaning and purpose. We embrace diversity and welcome innovation. We are happy to help and see the outcomes of our student’s achievement. Their success is my goal.
Degrees and Certifications:
I'm an Electrical Engineer by Profession, with a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering , Master of Engineering from Mapua University, and Career and Technical Education Engineering Credential from UC Berkeley.
My teaching experience includes teaching as an Associate Professor on Bachelor of Science in Engineering for ten (10) years and two (2) years of teaching experience as a Professor for the Master of Engineering Program at Mapua University. My past engineering experience as a Process Engineer will be of help in sharing some practical knowledge in Engineering Technology.
In California, I served as a Yard Supervisor, Instructional Aide, Para Educator from K-12, Substitute Teacher at Folsom Cordova Unified School District, and Yearbook Adviser at Sandra J. Gallardo for ten (10) years. I attained my Preliminary Teaching Credential Career as a Technical Educator from UC Berkeley Designated Subjects Teaching Credential Program.
To add, my personal mission statement is to create a positive impact to my students and inspire them to get motivated to be successful in life by building my capacity as a teacher, thru authentic learning, spreading positivity, values, care, kindness, determination, and effective engagement, in order for my students to attain lifelong learning and strive to earn the qualifications in finding a job in technical field and/or pursuance of a degree in engineering.
Aside from being a teacher, my favorite career is being a Mom to my three beautiful and talented kids. For me, life is full of great and meaningful choices.
