• Ball Handling Drills

     

    1. Dribble ( Push down with your fingers) with your right hand 100 times

    2. Dribble with your left hand 100 times. 

    3. Dribble with both hands ( right then left while making a V ) 100 times.

    4. Dribble and walk 100 times with right hand. 

    5.Dribble and walk 100 times with left hand. 

    6. Dribble and walk 100 times with both hands. 

    7. Dribble up and back with right hand 

    8. Dribble up and back with left hand

    9. Dribble up and back with both hands. 

    10. Dribble sideways with right hand.

    11. Dribble sideways with left hand

    12. Dribble sideways with both hands

    13. Dribble around right leg with with right hand

    14. Dribble around left leg with left hand

    15. Dribble in a figure eight going frontwards with both  hands

    16. Dribble figure eight going backwards with both hands. 

    17. bounce and catch between legs while switching hands

    18. switch hands with ball before it hits the ground
